Strategy is only 10% of the equation of success yet we spend the most amount of time focused on strategy.
The other 90%, the 90% that is the foundation everything we do, is made up of the energy around our endeavours.
The energy around what we do primarily comes from two things.
First, it comes from the experiences we have had in our lives and the meaning we have made from those experiences.
Second, it comes from our choices and responses to all of our experiences.
We experience life from our own particular point of view. From that point of view, we have decided if we live in a compassionate, loving universe, or a cold, dispassionate, mechanical universe.
From the point of view we have adopted, we then response to life in an optimistic, hopeful, abundant manner, or we respond in a pessimistic, doubtful, lackful manner.
Our results show us our foundation. Our feelings belie our beliefs.
If we come from a place of joy, we will have a joyful journey and joyful results regardless of our strategy.
If we come from a place of lack, we will have a journey of struggle and hard work, and our results never quiet seem to measure up, regardless of our strategy.
Perhaps it is time to spend more emphasis on our energy than on our strategy?
