When we face challenges in our lives, most people have a tendency to push through a problem.
We effort and grit our teeth as we work incredibly hard to get where we want to go.
Yet how often do we stop and think about whether there is a better way?
In today’s world, it’s all about strength of will and sheer determination. It’s about crushing it, pounding on the desk, and sheer force.
We rarely stop to think about the consequences of such an attitude, especially the cost on our health. It also reveals an underlying belief that life doesn’t really support us.
What if, instead of having to “kill ourselves” to get something accomplished, we were able to allow something to blossom?
What if life really does support us when we are in alignment, and we learned to accept how things worked out?
Imagine if you can, what your life would be like if instead of every place where you found you had to exert extreme force, you merely took a step back and tried a different way? How much more could we achieve if we listened to life and paid attention to where there wasn’t resistence?
It all comes down to our beliefs. Do we believe life is constantly guiding us or that we have to go it alone?
Do we believe life wants us to succeed and spread more good things in the world, or is it totally indifferent?
When we choose to believe that life is supporting us, constantly and always, the life we lead becomes one of less struggle, not more. Accomplishment becomes something we receive, instead of something we must work hard at.
Which world would you rather live in?
