Being skeptical is not necessarily a bad thing.
Yet the critical do not see magic.
We often feel that if we’re gullible, we will be taken advantage of. Yet how can we see the wonders of the universe if all we do is look for what is wrong?
There needs to be an opening for us to see a different reality. There needs to be a space where we suspend our disbelief and allow new possibilities to come in.
Just because something is true, does not mean it has to dictate our future.
The world may show us what is real for now, and tomorrow a new reality may appear at our doorstep.
In order to be able to embrace that new reality, we must be a little gullible.
Being a little open to the impossible goes a long way in creating it.
If we focus too much on what is, we do not leave room for what can be.
The possibility of what can be is far more exciting, far more magical, than what is right now.
Yes, it means taking a chance. Yes, it means you might be wrong or get disappointed.
Is that not better than never seeing the magic?
