We all feel it sometimes.
The pressure we’re under when there is a lot to get done.
That pressure usually does not come from others.
It comes from a place deep inside ourselves.
The need to do more.
The need to show others we can handle it.
The need to prove ourselves to others.
What would it be like if we let go of that need?
If we could just do what needed to get down without a single thought about what others would say?
What if we just allowed the universe to support us and surrender to the path in front of us?
All too often we feel that Life is not supporting us.
Do we give Life a chance to show up for us?
Do we allow the space for events to conspire to help us?
The lack of trust often stifles the channels that could bring us help.
We do not even think of asking for help or letting people know what we are going through.
The fact that we do not even think of it shows how deeply programmed we are not to trust.
It is not necessarily about trusting other people.
It is not about trusting ourselves.
It is about believing in our heart that we deserve the help and that we will be helped.
It’s about knowing that Life is actually conspiring to serve us and support us more than we know.
To believe, in our heart of hearts, that we will be helped regardless of anything we have or have not done, is huge.
That change in beliefs does not usually happen overnight, yet it can.
At the very least we can move in that direction.
We can lean into the thought that Life supports us no matter what.
Gently, over time, we can walk that path more and more.
Until one day we see the evidence all around us that it is true.
Life does support us as we surrender into it.
