As human beings, we experience fear almost every day.
Perhaps we have fear of a physical injury.
Or fear of loosing someone we love.
So what is the fear really about?
It is one of those feelings that is here to guide us.
To help us find the truth.
When we feel fear there is a spiritual disconnect.
For as a soul we know there is nothing to fear.
So what are we disconnected from?
It is a two-fold disconnection.
First, we are disconnected to the innate knowing that everything is here to serve us.
Second, we are disconnected to the fact that we are powerful creators in our lives.
So when we are afraid, we are not seeing how the situation serves us.
Or we are not seeing how we can create something different.
It can be hard to see either of these when loss is involved.
For we fear not seeing the other person again.
And we loose sight of the fact that their energy, their essence will still be with us.
Yes, it is a transformation.
Yes, they may no longer be present physically.
Yet we can still talk to them.
We can still remember their words.
We can still embrace how they made us feel.
We may not be able to see how the loss serves us.
Yet it surely does in some way.
We just haven’t found it yet.
We fear the unknown because we forget that we can create in the unknown.
We fear the unknown because we cannot see into the future.
Fear does serve us, yet not in the way we think.
It is a reminder.
It is a sign post.
That we have forgotten something.
Something important.
Something essential.
Life is here for us, and we are so powerful because of it.
